Schwarzenegger Terminates Texting While Driving in California
"California is joining seven other states and Washington DC by imposing a full-on ban of text messaging while driving. The bill signed by the Governator himself imposes a $20 fine for the first offense and $50 for repeat offenders starting next year. In the UK we have a complete ban on using a mobile phone whilst driving; I've never understood why other countries allow people to use phones while driving - hundreds of hands-free kits are available for a reason!!
